LAAD is a large multipurpose facility with an ample parking lot.
LAAD Clubhouse:
Our main room alone is 2,400 sq. foot available for rent. It can hold up to 160 people with tables/chairs or 340 people standing.
Along with our recreation back room, our total sq. foot goes up to 2880 sq. foot. It can hold up to 192 people with tables/chairs or 410 people standing.
Pavilion:
Our large covered pavilion is at the total of 3,360 sq. foot. It can have 224 people with chairs/table and up to 480 people standing.
